Urban Futures

Urban Futures was created in 2001 as the regeneration agency for north London. Formed initially to deliver major regeneration programmes on behalf of two local authorities, it now manages a broad range of programmes and projects on behalf of the London Development Agency (LDA), the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) and Government Office for London, a growing number of Local Authorities and other public, private and voluntary agencies.

Urban Futures works to encourage sustainable regeneration, including the creation of permanent employment opportunities for local residents. Effective partnerships have already been established with partners from the private, public and voluntary sectors.

Urban Futures is an Investor In People organisation.

"Recognising diversity, actively promoting equality, Urban Futures is creating new social and economic wealth through jobs, learning and a better environment."
